This survey was commissioned by the COCOF and the COCOM with the aim of identifying the needs of people with disabilities and their caregivers in Brussels. We want to know whether or not services are available to meet those needs, and whether those services meet the expectations of their beneficiaries. The questionnaire consists of two main parts: first, questions to help us understand your profile, and second, questions about your needs, divided into the main areas of everyday life: access to information, travel, health care, school, work, accommodation, leisure, etc.
You will need between 30 minutes and 1 hour to complete this questionnaire. We are aware that this requires an investment on your part, but the results of this survey will provide us with insight into the reality on the ground and will allow us to possibly reinforce, improve and/or adapt existing services or develop new ones.
We recommend that you fill in the questionnaire on a computer (not on a mobile phone or a tablet). You can fill it in several times, just don't forget to save your answers before leaving the platform or let your computer switch to standby, by clicking on "finish later" at the top right of your screen. To resume your session, simply click on the survey link again.
